Happy December friends! We are officially heading into the holiday season, and we are here to help you stay on track to your goals. I truly believe we can all enjoy the holiday season, all of the treats and still maintain our healthy habits. It is all about balance. We just passed Thanksgiving and this can cause some people to fall out of routine, but there is hope to get back on track. Don't worry about "starting over", just pick up where you left off. What habits were you working on leading up to Thanksgiving? Why were those habits important to you? Where they giving you more energy, was your sleep more consistent, were you feeling more hydrated? It may take a day or two, but remember that consistency is the key to making lasting change. Don't wait until the new year!!!
