February Is Not Just For Lovers...
February isn't just for lovers! We celebrate the month of February by celebrating the heart. It is American Heart Month, and we know how important exercise and nutrition are for heart health, but sleep, stress and mood all have a big role to play as well.
Heart disease does not discriminate against age. Some risk factors for heart disease are obesity, physical inactivity, cigarette smoking, diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
So, in order to love your partner longer, lets try and get 30 min of physical activity at least 5 days a week, make heart healthy nutritious meals, kick the bad habits to the curb and incorporate stress reducing practices into your day!!
