Converse CrossFit is open 6 days a week and offers 30+ classes every week. Our WODs are challenging and provide strength, skill, mobility and endurance to keep you fit in your everyday life.

Yoga is offered every Thursday from 6:00-7:00 pm. You do not have to be a member of Converse
CrossFit to attend yoga classes! Drop in is $10!

Crossfit Kids classes are 2x a week.
