Welcome to Converse CrossFit. If you are new to our website, you have already taken the first steps towards your fitness goals and taking care of your overall health. We are a team of knowledgeable and passionate coaches who want to create a community of fitness-minded individuals, of all ages and walks of life; and provide them with coaching, tools and community support that will allow them to make fitness and health a part of their everyday lives. The hardest part of working out, is showing up.
Our goal is to make coming into our gym, the best time of your day. We identify personal goals and create individualized game plans to help you succeed, while still training alongside your community. We offer more than just RX and Scaled. We utilize The Level Method which consists of 7 different levels of fitness. We also offer nutrition coaching utilizing meal plans written by registered dietitians which focus on habit based lifestyles that are sustainable and achievable!
We understand that CrossFit may seem intimidating to some, which is why we first take you through a consultation. This beginner's sessions introduce individuals to the foundational movements in a relaxed environment and we always incorporate modifications to allow each individual to move safely and efficiently.
Our Mission is to change lives through nutrition, high intensity cardio, weightlifting, gymnastics and mobility. We use a variety of modalities to create a strong community of individuals who are supportive, positive and determined to always be a better version of themselves today than they were yesterday.
